Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using the Flow Automation Chrome extension ("the Extension") and/or purchasing a Premium subscription via this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension and do not purchase Premium.

2. What the Extension does

The Extension automates a sequence of actions on Google Flow (labs.google/flow) that you could perform manually: pasting prompts, submitting them, waiting for generation, and downloading results. It is a productivity layer. It does not generate any content itself; all content is generated by Google Flow using your existing Google account.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Google Flow via this Extension complies with Google Flow's and Google's terms of service.
• You are responsible for the content of the prompts you submit and any generated media.
• You must not use the Extension to generate or attempt to generate illegal content, content depicting minors in inappropriate scenarios, content infringing third-party rights, or content that violates Google's content policies.
• You must not use the Extension to circumvent Google Flow rate limits, paywalls, or access controls beyond what your account is normally entitled to.

4. Free and Premium tiers

The Extension's core features are free forever. Premium features are unlocked via a paid subscription processed by our payment partner. Premium feature parity, pricing, and inclusions may change with reasonable notice. You retain Premium access for the period you paid for.

5. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed by our payment partner (currently Razorpay / Lemon Squeezy / Stripe — disclosed at checkout). We do not receive or store card details.
• Monthly subscriptions: 7-day refund for any reason from purchase date.
• Yearly subscriptions: 14-day refund for any reason from purchase date.
• After the refund window, no refunds for partial subscription periods. Cancellation stops future renewals but keeps Premium active for the rest of the period you paid.
• Refund requests: email androdeveloper24@gmail.com from the same email used at purchase.

6. No affiliation with Google

This Extension is an independent third-party product. "Google Flow" and "Veo" are trademarks of Google LLC. The Extension is not endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or affiliated with Google in any way. Google has no responsibility for the Extension's behavior.

7. No warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future Google Flow changes, freedom from bugs, or specific results. Google Flow is a third-party service we do not control; changes to Google Flow may break the Extension at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Extension or Premium subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of generated content, account suspension by Google Flow / Google, or lost productivity.

9. Termination

You may uninstall the Extension and cancel Premium at any time. We may terminate your Premium access immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms or use the Extension for illegal purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by bumping the "Last updated" date and, for paying subscribers, via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your city], India.
