Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Naudera publishes browser extensions and Android apps (each, a "Product"). By installing or using any Naudera Product and/or purchasing a Premium subscription via this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Product and do not purchase Premium. Some Products may also have their own product-specific terms; where they do, those apply in addition to these.

2. What our Products do

Naudera Products are productivity layers. They automate sequences of actions you could perform manually within the service or device you are already using. They do not generate content themselves; all content is generated by the underlying third-party service using your own account. Each Product's specific behavior is described on its own product page.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Naudera extension or app you are using complies with the terms of service of any third-party platform it interacts with.
• You are responsible for the content of anything you submit and any output produced.
• You must not use any Product to generate or attempt to generate illegal content, content depicting minors in inappropriate scenarios, content infringing third-party rights, or content that violates the content policies of any platform involved.
• You must not use any Product to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls of any third-party service beyond what your account is normally entitled to.

4. Free and Premium tiers

The core features of our Products are free. Premium features, where offered, are unlocked via a paid subscription processed by our payment partner. Premium feature parity, pricing, and inclusions may change with reasonable notice. You retain Premium access for the period you paid for.

5. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed by our payment partner (disclosed at checkout). We do not receive or store card details.
• Monthly subscriptions: 7-day refund for any reason from purchase date.
• Yearly subscriptions: 14-day refund for any reason from purchase date.
• After the refund window, no refunds for partial subscription periods. Cancellation stops future renewals but keeps Premium active for the rest of the period you paid.
• Refund requests: email androdeveloper24@gmail.com from the same email used at purchase.

6. Independence from third-party platforms

Naudera Products are independent third-party tools. They are not endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or affiliated with the platforms they interact with. Those platforms have no responsibility for a Product's behavior. Any third-party names or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. No warranty

Our Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future changes to third-party services, freedom from bugs, or specific results. The third-party services our Products rely on are outside our control; changes to them may break a Product at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of a Product or Premium subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of generated content, account suspension by a third-party platform, or lost productivity.

9. Termination

You may uninstall any Product and cancel Premium at any time. We may terminate your Premium access immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms or use a Product for illegal purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by bumping the "Last updated" date and, for paying subscribers, via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your city], India.
